What started as a loop became a figure of eight ride.
Then I spotted these guys.
A mile or two later the lone roadie flatted her front tire. So I kept riding.
I went south to the Capitol City Trail which was fairly clear.
Suddenly I feel like I should be on a road.

This is how I test for "black ice".
Then I found Nate out for a ride on his fixie.
A couple of miles later I parted from Nate's group and slashed my way through Monona. Two hours. mostly fun.
