Quit whining

No, the scale wasn't whining because I stepped on it. I'm not going to set foot on that contraption until late March at the earliest. Maybe it will die of neglect.
I was whining today as I headed home on Mineral Point Road. The wind was in my face and the road was uphill. My legs took that as a cue that they should give up for the rest of the day. My toes were cold despite waring the new booties I got for Christmas.
All the years riding past this scenic overlook I never
noticed the arrow pointing at Blue Mounds State Park.
The roads were much clearer than I thought they'd be.

About a mile to go before turning around.
Professor Montee suggested a change of skiing scenery. Grand idea for tomorrow, if the forecasted rains don't ice up the trails.

Your roads are clear as sin for as snowy as it is! Where are you located?
