Turn the knob to 11

Thursday, September 3

summer is over

After working hard all summer keeping rock formations from falling into rivers, it's time for school, futbol and chores.

Sephie did some shopping at Nordstroms while in Seattle.

I was back in the groove that is work on Tuesday. It's Johnson Controls instead of Honeywell but it's all the same work. The drive is killing me, but oh well, it's work. If you are in the area on the 20th, stop by Revolution Cycles on Atwood. It will be a "Paul Sale" which is to say "I know a guy who has crap as good as Russell will be filling a bike shop with his stuff for a day." I'm going to see if I can get a peek in his basement or garage to get an idea of what he's letting go.

Tomorrow is Viroqua Cross so I'll be using the 2x9 since it is ready, even if I'm not. 40 minutes of 'cross in September is less blasphemous than any amount of 'cross in August.

Dammit.
