That may look warmer than the high of 14 yesterday, but I was thinking how neat it'd be to have warm toes after I'd been out for an hour. 30 minutes after that the words "electric socks" were echoing inside my head. Why hadn't I ever thought of that before? Today I think I'll check into that at Gander Mtn.
I needed to deliver some paperwork to the Hall so I thought I'd hop on the Flyte and see what the roads were like. The roads and streets are clear, but not clear enough for road tires. The bike paths are quite nice as well, but there's some drifting in areas and a dismount is required in spots. I ended up doing a long loop of Lake Monona after stopping a the Hall. It was kind of windy and not so sunny, but it was nice to back on the bike.

grabber toe warmers. Light, warm, and cheap. I resisted them until this year but now I'm hooked.
