Sephie working the Spin-move.
With one game left in the season Sephie's team could end up tied for first with the Mustangs. Last week was their first loss of the season with a 7-3 result against the Mustangs. They'd beaten the Mustangs earlier 9-5 but their goalie had bigger hands than ours. Saturday could have been a scoreless tie with both defenses having solid games, but near the end Sawyer was able to poke a rebound past the Mustang goalie. That motivated Coby and Skyler to keep the offensive tempo up nearly scoring a scond goal with well placed passes and speed while Sephie made sure the ball never passed mid-field in the remaining minutes. A 1-0 win was quickly forgotten when the juice boxes and doughnut holes were attacked after the Ref's whistle blew. Mmmm, doughnut holes....
