Turn the knob to 11

Short week

It's been chaotic since the last race. Sunday was spent driving to Minneapolis so Karen could get the Pop-up trailer she's been wanting. It was a pretty good deal and isn't wanting for anything. It even came with an inflatable rubber raft in the event of flooding... seriously. So 10 hours in the 4Runner did nothing to help my back and neck. Saturday night I slept funny and I think I pinched a nerve that runs from the center of my left shoulder up to my left ear. Sitting on any soft chair or couch kills me, but doing hill repeats tonight or the rolling around town Monday night on the old Raleigh was great, activity isn't hampered by the nerve. I need a chiropractor.

Friday I'll be going up to Eau Claire for the WORS race. I'll try to keep the damage to a minimum, I was only 3 minutes off my target time at Suamico and I had a good race in spite of my lack of conditioning. I'll try to keep the time differential to 30 minutes at EC.
